Az Public Access: Az Public Agency porn site banned for underage users

The Az Public Association has been barred from using a site that allows users to download explicit pornography, according to a court ruling issued Thursday.

The association was seeking to ban the site, known as AzPorn, after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said it was promoting “an illegal practice.”

The agency cited two instances in which the association sought to ban it.

In one case, the association said it found that the site was in violation of federal laws and regulations related to pornography.

In the second, it said the association’s complaint had not met the legal standard to prevent its use.

The ruling comes after a two-year investigation by the FDA.

The agency found that AzPov has not been a major provider of child pornography and said it could not conclude that the website’s content violated federal laws.

AzPorn was one of dozens of sites that were shut down in 2016 after the FDA announced it was going after some of them for promoting child pornography.

The FDA said some of the sites were offering access to the sex acts of young people who had never been convicted of a crime.
