How to get free public library cards on a smartphone
Public libraries across the country have been flooded with new cards this week, and a new app is hoping to get people to open them.
Loyal Reader is a new free app that will allow people to get a card in their pocket.
Users can select an email address or a phone number, and the app will then take a photo and send the card to the email address.
Users will then have to fill out a form to confirm their identity, and it will be returned to them within a few hours.
Livestreaming services like Netflix and YouTube have already been providing free public libraries cards, and now it’s getting more attention.
Livesharing app GoFundMe has also started offering free public card readers, and users are already offering their own cards as gifts.
