The National Public Radio network, on its public radio show The Public Interest, is running an online survey about the state of public schools.
The survey asks readers whether they agree or disagree that Clark Public School District has a public school system.
We wanted to know whether you feel the Clark Public schools are a public institution or whether you think the Clark public schools are an unqualified, incompetent public school.
The Clark Public school system is the largest school district in New Jersey, and its population includes a large number of students who attend private schools.
The district operates more than 2,000 schools, more than any other school district.
Public school enrollment has declined dramatically since the late 1990s.
According to the New Jersey Department of Education, the percentage of students attending public school dropped from 68.1 percent in 2000 to 64.9 percent in 2014.
But according to the state’s Department of Public Health, public school enrollment is still relatively high.
In 2014, about 70.5 percent of students were enrolled in private schools, the most of any state in the country, according to data from the New York State Department of Health.
