Denver Public Library has opened its new building on East Avenue in Denver’s West Village, the first building it has opened in the city since the city opened its library to the public in 2006.
The new building will be the first in the area for Denver Public Schools.
Denver Public Libraries first opened a library in the West Village in 2003, and since then, Denver Public schools have expanded to the suburbs of Denver, and into more cities in the Denver area.
The new library is located in the historic Denver Public Market building, which has been used for over 50 years as the home of Denver Public Markets.
The building, with its elegant wood-paneled lobby, is designed by Colorado-based architecture firm LAC Architects, and will be home to more than 500 staff and volunteers.
Denver Public Libraries is seeking applications for an internship and a position with a department, and for a new position as a full-time professional.
DenverPublic Libraries is currently looking for interns and part-time positions to work in Denver Public libraries, including staff and support staff.
